Developing the Original Irish Food Company has been such an exciting journey for us over the last ten years. Offering the Irish consumer a radically different “mobile food and beverage” experience has become a true labour of love for us and we have enjoyed pushing the boundaries when it comes to the range of choices available.
The modern Irish consumer expects more, and we give them more. Our team of chefs strive to give the customer a satisfying, nutritious experience ranging from a breakfast choice that includes freshly made porridge with berries, scrambled eggs, crunchy granola, or our range of delicious revitalizing smoothies that offer such a refreshing change to the traditional fayre. Grilled chicken wraps and prawn salads are some of our team’s specialities, while our sweet potato fries make the perfect combo with the award-winning “The Dexter” free-range burger. Our low-cholesterol Piemontese juicy burger menu is another innovation in ‘fast food’ that has taken the festival and sports-event circuit by storm.
Our extensive fleet of bespoke catering units operates nationwide and we have turned heads and satisfied hungry tummies at a multitude of events including: Electric Picnic, Indiependance, Body and Soul and the National Ploughing Championships, as well as sports venues such as: Croke Park, The Aviva Stadium and many more.
